Return Policy
Our return policy allows for a (2)two-day window for returns from the date of delivery. Requests for refunds or exchanges cannot be accommodated if more than 2 days have elapsed since the product was received. To qualify for a return within this timeframe, the item must meet one or more of the following criteria:
1. Damaged upon delivery.
2. Missing accompanying items or components.
3. The received item differs from what was ordered.
Please ensure that the return shipment includes all original accessories, warranty cards, and price tags. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required for processing a return. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the return shipping costs will be deducted.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, you will receive a confirmation email. You will be notified if your refund request is approved or rejected. Refunds will be processed if the product passes the quality inspection.
Please allow 5-7 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.The arrival of the exchanged item may vary depending on your location, and we recommend using a trackable delivery service or shipment insurance to mitigate risks. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
