Shipping Procedure

We offer nationwide delivery for our products, with our shipping partners typically attempting delivery two or three times. In case they are unable to reach you, we advise reaching out to them to arrange for a new delivery schedule.

Please note that our products are not dispatched on Sundays and holidays due to the unavailability of our logistics partner. If a product or order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we cannot refund the purchase price and will not be held liable.

Transit Time

Domestic courier delivery usually takes between 3-8 days.

Split Orders

For orders with multiple items, they may be delivered in separate packages on different days, depending on their availability and shipping location. To ensure safe transit, our products are often shipped separately, resulting in multiple deliveries to your address.

Change Of Address Requests

Address changes cannot be made once an order is placed. However, if you need to make changes, you can reach out to us by phone or email within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Delays, If Any

The shipping times provided on our website are estimates and serve as guidelines. Occasionally, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. In such instances, we may offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements.

If there is a delay in shipping due to an item being out of stock or an unexpected processing delay, you will be notified via email. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, as delivery dates are estimates. In the event of an order being split into multiple shipments, if you do not receive a portion of your order, we may offer a refund for that specific item.
